Booking Policy 2026

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING-

Due to a significant number of same-day cancellations and no-shows we will now require a 50% deposit when you receive your deposit link on the Saturday week before your slot for all appointments.

If you are paying by voucher, please let us know your voucher number as a confirmation of booking. In a result of a no-show the voucher will then become invalid.

We kindly remind all clients of our 24-hour cancellation policy. Please note the following:

• If an appointment is cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled time, or in the event of a no-show, a 100% charge will be applied.

• For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% charge will be retained (Deposit).

• Deposits are required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. If the deposit is not received within 48hrs, the appointment will be automatically cancelled.

This policy helps us cover operational costs and maintain the high standard of service that all our clients deserve. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
