Lashes are tinted and treated with a perm solution, followed by a neutralizer and nourishing oil to recondition and strengthen the lashes. Creates a natural 8-12 week lift, perfect for holidays! This treatment also includes an eyebrow wax and tint. Patch Test required 48 hrs prior
